Hi gang, thought I would put up some info on what Mum & Dad have been up to over the weekend.
As the back garden was getting too much for them they decided to create some borders along the main wall stretch and also in front of the raised flower bed.
It was a fairly large job to undertake as it required 16 meters of treated timber and 3 metric tons of 20-25MM gravel.
Me and Dad managed to get all the gravel works done on Friday and even the wood boarders before calling it a day!
The whole new areas had a UV membrane rolled out to stop anything growing through the gravel over time.
Saturday consisted of pruning the front dividing hedge back, trimming the burglar bush hege that runs down Scott Street and mowing the lawn. All this was done on time and we even managed to go out to 'Lavender World' in Terrington - York with Grandad and Gretta!
I got home (Billinghay - Lincolnshire) around 10PM and was happy with the weekends progress.
We all had a great time and everything went to plan.
Boki
P.S. Hopefully Pops will post some pictures of the garden for all to see.
